I am married, and work as an electrician. I got married in 1976, and came to know my Lord Jesus Christ in 1978.
Before that time, I never sought God, and did not want to know the things of God nor anything related to religion. But my wife began to meet with some Christian brothers and sisters from the church in New York. She liked the meetings very much, and enjoyed the Lord continually. On a certain Lord's Day morning, I woke up when she was about to leave with the children to attend a meeting. I told her that I would go with her since I wanted to know what things she was doing in the church. I was expecting to see a building with a cross, or a hall decorated with flowers and icons, but I saw none of this. What I found was a group of people joyfully singing and praising the Lord Jesus Christ and God the Father. I was so impressed because I felt God's presence in that congregation. At that moment, the Lord Jesus touched my heart and I surrendered to Him. Because of the great mercy of Christ my Savior, since that time, my spirit has been fed with His Word. I also have been fed through the messages of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. Amen!
